Shipping
We sell and ship by pauner.us online shop to all states in the United States.
Shipping cost
We charge pauner.us online shop orders a flat rate of $ 7.95 for shipping cost and handling fee per order.
Sales tax
Pauner America Inc. charges a sales tax of 7% of orders that are delivered to Florida.
Payment choices
Payment is processed securely in the PayPal system. PayPal allows payments using the most common credit and debit cards or by PayPal account. We also accept the Amazon Pay payment method.
Delivery time
Mostly the delivery time is one week, but for chair products, the delivery time is 2 – 3 weeks.
Our return policy
If you aren´t satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days after delivery of the product. If you want a return, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the product to Pauner America Inc customer service by email info (at) pauner.us and ask RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) for the return. The RMA number is required for the return. Customers are responsible pay shipping costs to our Miami Florida USA warehouse of the returned product. The return delivery must be in original packaging and the product must be in a new condition. Pauner America Inc. charges minus the 20% restocking fee of the refund payment. We don´t accept returns for customized products.
